Venues: The JW Marriott Indianapolis and Indianapolis Marriott Downtown will serve as the headquarter hotels for the 2012 NCAA Convention meeting space. The Indiana Convention Center and the NCAA Hall of Champions and Conference Center will also house meetings. In addition, the Courtyard Indianapolis Downtown, SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown and Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown will provide sleeping rooms for Convention attendees.

Registration fee includes one ticket to the Trade Show Reception, Delegates Reception, Delegates Breakfast and Delegates Lunch, as well as an invitation for one ticket to the Keynote Luncheon, Association Luncheon and Honors Celebration on a space-available basis.

Trade Show Reception, Delegates Reception and Honors Celebration - $40 for each additional guest (i.e., spouse).
Registration fees are refundable minus a $50 fee if cancelled before December 7. The cancellation fee is $100 December 7 through January 10, 2012. Cancellations after January 10, 2012, are not refundable. All deadlines are effective midnight Eastern time.
